Shipping Policy – TryQemo

At TryQemo, we aim to ensure every order arrives safely and efficiently. Please review this Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order.


1. Order Processing & Cancellations

All orders are processed automatically after checkout.

Orders become final after 24 hours. After this period, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or changed in any way, including shipping address updates, product changes, or quantity adjustments.

Once an order enters fulfillment, it cannot be canceled or refunded except as required by law or outlined in our Refund Policy.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please refer to our Refund Policy for instructions.


2. Priority + Insured Shipping

Customers who purchase Priority + Insured Shipping may be eligible for a replacement shipment or store credit if the carrier officially confirms the package as lost in transit (for example, marked undeliverable or missing).

Refunds for lost packages are considered only in rare and exceptional cases.

For orders shipped via Free Shipping or Standard Processing, a one-time replacement shipment may be offered at our discretion if loss is confirmed by the carrier.


3. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

TryQemo is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated addresses provided by the customer at checkout.

Please ensure all shipping information is accurate before placing your order.

If an address error is determined to be our responsibility, we will reship the order at no cost.

Once tracking shows “Delivered,” responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. We are unable to retrieve or replace packages marked as delivered.

We recommend contacting your local carrier or filing a claim if your package cannot be located.


4. Customs, Duties & Import Fees

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees determined by your country.

These charges are not included in product or shipping prices and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

By placing an order, you agree to accept responsibility for any applicable customs fees.

Orders refused due to customs charges are not eligible for refunds or reshipments.


5. Estimated Shipping Times

Shipping times vary by destination, carrier, and customs clearance.

General delivery estimates:

  • United States: 7–15 business days

  • Canada & Europe: 7–15 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–15 business days

  • Asia: 7–15 business days

  • Central & South America: 15–25 business days

  • Africa: 15–30 business days

Processing time: 2–3 business days before shipment.

Maximum delivery time: 30 business days (excluding customs delays).

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. External factors such as customs inspections, courier delays, labor strikes, or weather conditions may affect delivery.


6. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking updates to appear.

For Free Shipping orders, tracking updates may be limited depending on destination.

7. Delivery Delays & Force Majeure

TryQemo is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, customs processing, carrier disruptions, labor strikes, or transportation issues.

No refunds or cancellations will be issued for delays resulting from such events.
